The Frank Gardi Memorial Award
Ontario Winter Carnival Bon Soo Distinguished Volunteer Award was established in the Spring of 2003, to recognize a Volunteer of distinction. In the fall of 2008, the Bon Soo Family was saddened by the loss Mr. Frank Gardi. Mr. Gardi was one of the original driving forces behind Bon Soo, and a long-time Volunteer. The Bon Soo Family decided to dedicate this award in Mr. Gardi’s honour.
Recognizing Mr. Gardi as a shining example of Volunteerism and Bon Soo Spirit, the "Frank Gardi Memorial Award Hounouring a Distinguished Bon Soo Volunteer" has been awarded to the following deserving recipients:
