Ontario Winter Carnival Bon Soo Distinguished Volunteer Award was established in the Spring of 2003.  In the fall of 2008 Bon Soo lost one ot its original driving forces Frank Gardi, the Bon Soo Board and Staff decided to rename the award in Frank Gardi’s Honour.   The Recipients to date who have received the award are:
